The commitment is minimal, one to three hours a month, and you have the ability to choose whom you agree to mentor. You can also earn recertification credits for each six-month term you volunteer.
SHRM’s Mentor Program matches experienced HR professionals with mentees who need guidance, advice, and an impartial ear. A good mentor can be the key to unlocking a career, fostering an idea, or simply serving as a sounding board.
